Mid term exams are over. Well done everyone on doing such a wonderful job! You behaved so well during the exams by concentrating on your work and not talking when you were finished. Thank you for being so honest and responsible during this time.
We had the Service learning closing ceremony on Tuesday afternoon.
Thanks 3B for singing so beautifully and behaving so well on stage.
I was so proud of you all.
Well done Ricky for raising so much money for the Walk-a-thon. Thanks you to his grandparents for supporting him and helping him raise so much.
Well done to all the 3B parents for all their hard work on our carnival booth. We came 2nd for the most money raised during that day. The pie throwing booth beat us!! All your hard work has given us the pizza party prize.
On Wednesday we spent some of the morning making desert and forest dioramas.
What a great way to end off learning about the various biomes in the world!!
On Wednesday we also had Field Day marching practice. It was really well organized by Mr. Min and the PE teachers. Again 3B you did a fantastic job; behaving well and marching like stars!
On Monday afternoon everyone tied their shirts ready for dying; then on Wednesday morning Mr. Mertz and I dyed them. It was great seeing the finished product after washing them and taking the rubber bands off on Thursday
On Wednesday afternoon 3B had their health check at the nurse’s office. Their height, weight and eyes were checked.
After the health check we had a few moments to spare before the end of the lesson and so there was time for some fun in the playground. 3B are good monkeys but our champion monkey is definitely Jolene!
We had a special visitor fly into our class on Friday; it was a friendly little bubble. It entered our door and went floating around the room before settling on Jonathan’s shirt. It is always fun to have visitors; especially happy little bubbles.
